Clay Beck - Partner
Clay has worked on a wide range of real estate development projects over the course of twelve years. Clay started his career with the Salt Lake City, UT based firm, Peterson Development and worked on several regional commercial centers. In 2010, Clay went on to receive his Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. With a renewed focus on urban development, Clay took an opportunity with Rida Associates (an AREA Property Partners and Rida Development partnership) in Orlando, FL developing mixed-use transit-oriented and resort projects. in 2013 he accepted a position with the Orlando urban in-fill focused firm, Ustler Development and went on to lead and assist with projects including award winning restaurants, retail, office and a 68-acre mega-redevelopment project known as the Creative Village.
Jim Beck - Partner
Jim has been an active and successful community and business leader in the greater Salt Lake City region for over forty years. He has served as president and/or member of many boards and organizations, including: the South Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, the South Salt Lake Honorary Colonels, Amicus, LDS Hospital, and Rotary among others. He has owned several successful office product companies and most recently is an owner of Salt Lake Legal. In 2016, he decided to co-found Beck Development and leverage his extensive experience working with individuals and municipalities to create more livable and sustainable communities through the redevelopment of underutilized urban real estate.
